Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Assure Protect operations console on the web and as a mobile app (the “App”), provided by Assure Protect Solar Protection LLC (“Assure Protect”) and built and operated by TecnoAI Systems LLC. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Who may use the App

The App is for Assure Protect staff and authorised representatives. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. You must keep your password private and tell an administrator at once if you believe your account has been used by someone else.

2. Acceptable use

• Enter only accurate customer information, collected with the customer's knowledge.
• Collect a signature only from the person entitled to sign, and only after they have had the chance to read the agreement.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not assigned, to disrupt the App or to copy it.

3. Electronic signatures

Agreements signed in the App are signed electronically under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state law. The App records the evidence of each signature (name, signature image, initials on every page, time and IP address) and produces a PDF copy of the executed agreement.

4. Credits

Some actions in the App use the workspace's credit balance. Credits are managed by the organisation outside the mobile app; the mobile app shows the balance but does not sell credits.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, and Assure Protect and TecnoAI Systems LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

7. App stores

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Assure Protect, not Apple or Google, who have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as they relate to the iOS app.
